Qualifications

company

Job Description
The applicant will be responsible

broadband access publications. The
analyst will review the technical
publications, conduct deep analysis
of the market and the products available,
build relationships with the players
of the broadband access market,
and write the market reports and
press releases related to this field.

preferably in a Market Research
company or a Telecom Equipment/Component

Job Description
Dittberner Associates Inc. is currently
expanding its senior-level analyst
team. This position is responsible
for performing high-level research
and analysis of major industry trends
and developments in various areas.
As a senior research analyst, the
candidate will define, manage, and
carry out ambitious research projects,
playing a leading industry role
in providing analytical and consulting
expertise to Dittberner’s customer
base.
Outstanding organizational, writing,
and computer skills are required.
The candidate should be comfortable
assembling primary and secondary
research data, which comprise spreadsheet
wizard and extensive telephone interviews
with industry executives around
the world. Most importantly, the
candidate should be a quick learner,
be able to work independently, collaborate
openly, and be willing to leverage
his/her background into a leadership
role.
This is a demanding position. Successful
applicants will combine a minimum
of four years of highly relevant
industry or research experience
with a substantial academic background
and demanding strong personality.
The candidate’s responsibilities
will also require to make public
speaking appearances.
Fluency in non-English languages
is desired. Limited travel will
be required.

SALES
REPRESENTATIVE
Job Description
This position is responsible for
selling Dittberner’s products and
services mainly via the telephone,
however personal visits to clients
will be required occasionally to
close a sale. The candidate will
work closely with their accounts
to build sound relationships, must
understand business issues and reasons
for purchasing Dittberner products and
services, and continually stay abreast
of new product offerings and technology.
(S)he will produce and maintain
an accurate client database and
build excellent client relationships
offering value-added, insightful
and strategic input to their business.
The successful candidate will plan
each and every customer renewal
and most importantly must meet the
quota guidelines by generating new
business prospects.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have
excellent oral and written communication
skills, a Bachelor's degree with
some sales and/or Telecom/IT experience,
strong computer proficiency and
be flexible and self-motivated.
The ability to develop and conduct
effective client presentations via
the telephone, generate leads, qualify
them, make presentations and develop
proposals is essential. The candidate
should be able to take initiative
and work independently as well as
in a team environment, have excellent
inter-personal and inter-departmental
skills.
ADMINISTRATION

ASSISTANT
Job Description
This position is responsible for
performing a wide variety of administrative
support and general office duties
in a manner which would ensure the
proper functioning and enhance the
productivity and effectiveness of
the office. The incumbent will primarily
support the CEO and Directors within
their respected areas.
Responsibilities include: Assisting
directors and research department
personnel with various correspondence,
phone calls and handling all travel
related accommodations. Generating
routine and ad hoc reports by gathering
and summarizing data, editing, and
managing the report production.
Producing a variety of presentations,
primarily in PowerPoint. Initiating
follow-up actions on established/routine
pending matters. Set-up interview
calls and meetings. Coordinating
and maintaining calendars of meetings,
events, and project completion dates.
Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years experience
in complex administrative environment
requiring extensive reporting,
coordination, scheduling and communications
with various levels in the organization.
- Expert degree of proficiency
in a variety of PC applications
such as MS Excel, Word, Power
Point, Access, etc., as well as
a broad understanding of operations
required.
- Previous experience with Telecommunications
technologies desirable.
