She maintains Dittberner Associates' extensive proprietary technical market library, which contains over 5,000 volumes of books and journals related to telecommunications and information technology. This includes maintaining subscriptions to more than 70 trade journals and supplier technical journals in the field of telecommunications.

Ingrid Mayr conducts regular intensive Internet and proprietary on-line database searches to maintain updated relevant documentation from major organizations in the telecommunications field world-wide (Equipment manufacturers, operators and service providers, trade association and standard organizations, etc.). She also maintains extensive databases on all advanced technologies used in the telecommunications and information technology industries.
