Grace Terada de Tomé is a Senior Consultant and Senior Editor of THE Dittberner PERSPECTIVE. She holds a B.A. in International Relations and History from Boston University, as well as a M.A. in International Affairs and International Law from the American University. She has been with Dittberner Associates for some 5 years.
One of Ms. Terada de Tomé's primary functions is developing numerical and statistical analyses for the projects, be it installed base, business case analysis, or the financial impact of specific carrier-cost reduction initiatives or a vendor's change in sales or marketing strategies.

Ms. Terada de Tomé has undertaken many projects including installed base study and report of design and deployment trends in digital and packet switching and broadband access equipment worldwide, and she has conducted telephone interviews with service provider and equipment vendor executives from over 80 countries.

Ms. Terada de Tomé is fluent in English, Japanese and Spanish and has very good working knowledge in French.
